Terms of service
Effective date: September 4, 2026
What Mirra is
Mirra is an app that generates photos of you. You enroll your face with a set of selfies, share in a reference photo whose look you like, and Mirra creates a new image with your face in that style. These terms are the agreement between you and Mirra when you use the app or this website.
Accounts
You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your account to yourself: the face you enroll must be your own, and one person means one face.
Subscriptions, passes, and credits
- Plans: Day Pass ($9.99 for 24 hours), Weekly ($12.99 per week with a 3 day free trial), Monthly ($29.99 per month), and Annual ($79.99 per year). Each grants credits; a standard photo costs 1 credit and an HD photo costs 2. Failed generations are never charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your Apple account settings for in-app purchases, or through the web billing portal for purchases made here. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
- The weekly free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire.
- Every new account gets one free watermarked photo to try the service.
Acceptable use
- Generate with your own enrolled face only. Enrolling someone else's face, or attempting to, is a ban.
- No impersonation. Do not present generated images as authentic photographs to deceive, and do not use Mirra to pose as another person.
- No unlawful, abusive, or exploitative content of any kind.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is strictly prohibited. Every upload and every output is automatically screened, violations are blocked, and NCII can be reported in the app; reported material is removed within 48 hours as required by law.
- Do not probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund for the current period.
Your content
You own your photos: the selfies you upload, the references you share in, and the results Mirra generates for you. You grant us only the narrow license needed to store and process them in order to operate the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. That license ends when you delete your content or your account.
Service changes
We may add, change, or retire features, and may update pricing for future purchases. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, active subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Disclaimers and liability
Mirra is provided as is. Generated images are synthetic and may contain flaws; we do not guarantee any particular result, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, which will be named on this page before general availability. Until then, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply in any case.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above, and flag material changes in the app before they take effect.
