How does sharing from Pinterest work?

Open the pin, tap Share, and pick Mirra from the share sheet. If Mirra does not appear in the list, there is a fallback that always works: save the image to Photos first, then open Mirra and pick it from your camera roll. Pasting a link into the Create tab works too.

How many selfies do I need to enroll?

10 to 20. Clear, well-lit photos with a few different angles give the best results; the app shows your progress as you add them. You can re-enroll with better photos any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Bought in the app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mirra. Bought on the web: use the billing portal link in the app's Account tab, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately.

How does the free trial work?

The Weekly plan starts with a 3 day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you keep it, the subscription starts when the trial ends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account tab, then Delete Account. It removes your selfies, photos, and account from our servers immediately. If you no longer have the app, email us from your account address and we will delete it for you.

Can I buy extra photos without a subscription?

Yes. Credit packs start at $2.99, can be bought as often as you like, and the credits never expire.
