How does sharing from Pinterest work?
Open the pin, tap Share, and pick Mirra from the share sheet. If Mirra does not open on its own, the link is already on your clipboard: open Mirra and paste it on the Create tab. Pasting a pin link into the Create tab yourself works too. If a pin still will not load, there is a fallback that always works: save the image to Photos first, then open Mirra and tap Choose a photo on the Create tab. Sharing an image file straight from the Photos app is not supported yet, so pick it inside Mirra instead.
Can Mirra make a photo of me with someone else?
No. Mirra makes photos of one person: you. A reference photo or a result that shows two or more people is declined, the app tells you why, and you are not charged for it.
How many selfies do I need to enroll?
10 to 20. Clear, well-lit photos with a few different angles give the best results; the app shows your progress as you add them. You can re-enroll with better photos any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Bought in the app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mirra. Bought on the web: email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately.
How does the free trial work?
The Weekly plan starts with a 3 day free trial that includes 15 photos. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you keep it, the subscription starts when the trial ends and brings 60 photos a week.
What is the Day Pass?
A one time $9.99 purchase of 20 photos to use within 24 hours. It does not renew. Day Pass photos you have not used 24 hours after purchase expire.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account tab, then Delete Account. It removes your selfies, photos, and account from our servers immediately. If you no longer have the app, email us from your account address and we will delete it for you.
Can I buy extra photos without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs start at $2.99, can be bought as often as you like, and the credits never expire. Credits from a subscription plan never expire either; Day Pass credits are the only ones that do.
